Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team in Tampa, FL, for a 3-month contract. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT positions. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and screen candidates for IT positions.
Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements.
Maintain a database of potential candidates.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Work Schedule:
Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office (Tampa, FL), 2 days remote.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience recruiting for IT roles is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Salary : $30 - $45
