Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Identify upsell opportunities during client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage long-term loyalty.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Candidates with inside sales experience are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Positive and upbeat attitude with a sales-minded approach.
