Interim Controller for an immediate 3 to 6-month engagement. This is a critical hands-on role designed for an experienced financial leader who can operate at both a strategic and detailed execution level. You will play a key part in maintaining financial rigor, supporting board-level reporting, and strengthening operational processes during a pivotal growth phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage core accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and present board materials, including financial reports, P&L variance analysis, and key business insights.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing financial guidance to support decision-making.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes and shared services operations where needed.
- Address ad-hoc accounting and operational issues with agility and a solutions-focused mindset.
- Maintain financial compliance and uphold strong internal controls during the interim period.
- Foster collaboration across accounting, finance, and operations teams to drive seamless day-to-day execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years as a Controller (or in a higher-level finance leadership role).
- Background in both public accounting and corporate finance required.
- Experience in private equity-backed companies strongly preferred.
