Job Description: Senior Mobile Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer to manage and enhance our Accountview mobile application, which is investor-facing. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mobile architecture, feature development, and performance optimization, with a strong background in both Android and iOS development. This role requires a proactive communicator, as you will be collaborating closely with team members and various lines of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance the Accountview mobile application.
- Develop and maintain features for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Ensure high-quality authentication and login processes.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot bugs effectively.
- Leverage Jetpack Compose for UI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in rotating after-hours support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of mobile development experience, with a focus on Android and iOS platforms.
- Proficiency in Kotlin is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with Jetpack Compose is a MUST HAVE.
- Proven track record in mobile architecture and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Interview Process:
- Round One: GliderAI test to assess technical skills.
- Round Two: Technical interviews with 2-3 members of the Client team.
- Round Three: Hands-on technical test administered by Client.
