Job Description :
Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Business Execution.
Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.
Required Qualifications :
years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on our Middle Market Banking and Corporate investment banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino / Salesforce-based solutions.
Configure and optimize nCino / Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions and monitor platform performance.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Support system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino / Salesforce solutions.
