- Microsoft Technologies: Administer Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft SQL Server. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Backup and Replication: Implement and manage Veeam Backup and Replication solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the network and systems from threats. Conduct regular security assessments and updates.
- Access Control and Video Surveillance: Manage access control systems and video surveillance technologies to ensure physical and network security.
- HP Nimble Storage: Oversee and manage HP Nimble Storage solutions, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Scripting Skills: Develop and maintain scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- TCP/IP Proficiency: Troubleshoot and configure TCP/IP networks, ensuring proper communication and connectivity across all network devices.
- Office 365 Management: Administer Office 365 environments, including user management, license allocation, and troubleshooting.
- Cisco Meraki: Manage Cisco Meraki switches and access points to ensure network connectivity and performance.
- VoIP Telephony: Maintain and support VoIP telephony systems, ensuring reliable communication services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with VMWare vCenter, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft AD, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup and Replication.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
- Experience with access control systems and video surveillance technologies.
- Proficiency in managing HP Nimble Storage Technologies.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or other relevant languages.
- In-depth understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols.
- Experience with Office 365 administration.
