Operations Processor Team Lead
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Processor Team Lead to oversee transaction screening activities and drive team success. This role is ideal for candidates with financial crimes or banking experience, strong analytical skills, and a keen ability to manage workflows in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Processor Responsibilities:
- Review 1,000 transaction screening "hits" daily using the Gyzmos screening platform.
- Analyze and investigate flagged transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Exhibit curiosity and adaptability, proactively asking questions and refining processes.
- Prior financial crimes or banking industry experience preferred; sanction screening experience is a plus.
Lead Responsibilities:
- Perform all processor duties while also managing and coaching a team of processors.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensuring team members meet quality and productivity expectations.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching, helping processors improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and address workflow challenges.
Work Environment & Team Structure:
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.
- Leads will act as liaisons between processors and management, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
Systems & Performance Expectations:
- Utilize Gyzmos screening platform to assess transaction compliance.
- Meet KPI targets, including:
- Processing 1,000 transaction hits per day at full productivity.
- Maintaining high-quality standards through adherence to compliance criteria and positive disposition rates.
- Support the ISO conversion initiative and manage additional transaction volumes.

- Prior experience in financial services, compliance, or financial crimes investigations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
