Product Owner
Duration: 7-month contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals. You will play a critical role in planning, prioritizing, and executing the product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business owners to prioritize the product backlog and lead detailed planning and execution of the product roadmap.
- Participate in all related meetings, including daily SCRUM calls, providing direction and feedback based on input from business owners.
- Translate business vision and high-level user narratives into detailed user stories for UX and development teams.
- Work closely with business owners to clarify requirements and address any ambiguities.
- Identify and escalate requirement issues or risks to the Product Manager for resolution.
- Facilitate decision-making processes with business leaders outside of review meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the team, providing guidance and feedback throughout the development process.
- Document use cases and process flows to frame solutions for UX and development teams.
- Coordinate with other stakeholders and represent stakeholder vision and requirements to the technology team.
- Define and document product acceptance criteria in collaboration with business owners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of product management and Agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Proficiency in documenting use cases, process flows, and product acceptance criteria.
- Experience facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and backlog grooming sessions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with UX principles and the software development lifecycle.
- Certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar is a plus.
Salary : $60 - $65
