Quality Manager

Talentbridge is partnered with a Global leader in manufactured components for almost every industry including Automotive, Construction, Medical Device and others. We are looking for a strong Operations Manager / Plant Manager and leader to step in and oversee local operations to drive initiatives and strategies for continued industry growth.

This position encompasses responsibilities in production, continuous improvement, manufacturing engineering and maintenance, facilities management, environmental health and safety (EH&S), quality assurance, logistics, and customer service in the automotive industry.

The role involves overseeing plant operations, aligning with senior leadership to standardize operational techniques across a global scale, and collaborating with business unit leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, monitor, and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) across operational areas.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles throughout the value chain.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in all aspects of plant operations.
• Translate the organization's global vision into actionable local strategies.
• Lead annual budget planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Build, motivate, and coach a regional team with an emphasis on positive employee relations and a safety-first culture.
• Uphold ethical standards and promote compliance with corporate codes of conduct.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, such as IATF 16949 and other relevant certifications.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational guidelines, processes, and work instructions.
• Translate corporate objectives into measurable and accountable regional and individual goals.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners.
