Our client is seeking seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their team and support the recruitment of both blue-collar and sales positions for their across the United States.
This role will focus on high-volume hiring for manufacturing roles as well as strategic sourcing for sales professionals.
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for a range of positions, from skilled trades to sales, and is adept at utilizing Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both blue-collar manufacturing and sales positions.
- Pipeline Development : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs, particularly in key locations throughout the U.S.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Offer Management : Facilitate the offer process, including communication with candidates, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Recruitment Metrics : Track and report on key recruiting metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and conversion rates, to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with both blue-collar and sales recruiting expertise.
- Tools : Proficient in using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage candidates.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions and candidates concurrently.
- Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust recruiting strategies based on hiring needs and market conditions.
