About the Role:
We’re seeking a Regulatory Business Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting key financial compliance initiatives. This role is all about driving efficiency, managing data, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement strategic regulatory changes. You’ll be at the forefront of ensuring compliance with newly established rules, working with multiple teams to streamline processes, and delivering meaningful insights to senior leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🚀 Lead regulatory initiatives by managing timelines, tracking key milestones, and ensuring project success.
🔍 Analyze and reconcile large datasets across various business lines, identifying patterns and areas for improvement.
📝 Develop clear business requirements and translate them into actionable JIRA user stories.
🤝 Collaborate with business and technology teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions.
📊 Create executive-level reports and presentations to communicate project updates and key findings.
✅ Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test scripts, coordinating testing, and ensuring data accuracy.
🔗 Liaise with subject matter experts to assess dependencies and align project objectives with broader initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, business analysis, project management, or strategic planning.
✔️ Strong background in financial services, investment banking, or capital markets.
✔️ Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting, data reconciliation, and change management.
✔️ Proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis, reconciliation) and PowerPoint (executive presentations).
✔️ Experience working in Agile environments with JIRA and Confluence.
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – able to engage with stakeholders, conduct interviews, and document findings effectively.
