What are the responsibilities and job description for the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Manager position at TalentBridge?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) Manager to independently manage and own - complex Risk Assessable Units (RAUs). In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing risks, designing controls, and managing all risk management activities associated with the assigned RAUs. You will collaborate with business owners to ensure that control requirements are met, providing subject matter expertise and risk management consulting to implement risk-mitigating strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Independently manage - complex Risk Assessable Units (RAUs), also known as RCSAs, including drafting and maintaining the RAU documents.
- Work in partnership with RAU owners to identify and assess risks, design control measures, and assign ratings for the assigned RAUs.
- Manage all risk management activities related to RAUs, including issues, operational risk events (OREs), process changes, etc., to ensure control requirements are met and adhered to by the business owner.
- Become the subject matter expert on the service models and underlying Level processes for the assigned RAUs.
- Provide risk management consulting to the business in designing and implementing risk-mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business groups to identify emerging risks associated with business activities and operations, providing guidance on risk-mitigating strategies.
- Actively participate in business routines to ensure knowledge of processes and effective risk management.
- Monitor and oversee a portfolio of control activities, escalating issues when necessary.
