Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end SCADA system implementation and upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, IT, and operations.
- Apply Agile project management practices and use Kanban to track progress, remove blockers, and deliver results.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
