This role requires strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel to meet project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary Scrum Master for one team and be available as a backup for two additional teams.
- Track EPIC goals and create dashboards for Scrum teams and leadership, including metrics on changes, incidents, and releases.
- Collaborate on complex, long-term projects involving cross-team coordination.
- Ensure best practices in using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to support Scrum teams.
- 5 years of experience in Scrum or Agile methodologies, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, military experience, or education.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Jira: Creating, maintaining, linking, and developing dashboards for Scrum team performance tracking.
- Expertise in Confluence: Documentation expert, capable of both creation and publishing.
- High proficiency in SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Must have experience working in a technology environment (Technologist background).
- Experience in banking or financial industries is a plus.
- Approximately 50% of this role will focus on Jira, 40% on Confluence, and 10% on SharePoint.
- The individual should excel in organizing, collaborating, engineering solutions, and conducting in-depth analysis.
- Self-driven and motivated, with a tenacious and proactive approach.
- Ability to take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Strong communicator and effective collaborator in cross-functional teams.
