About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to support key financial processes, including general ledger reconciliation, variance analysis, and budgeting. This role will play a critical part in financial reporting, compensation calculations, and ad hoc financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform monthly general ledger closings, ensuring accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
- Analyze financial data, identifying variances, trends, and irregularities, and provide insights to management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting activities.
- Calculate compensation figures for field brokers and management, including monthly bonus accruals and annual distributions.
- Oversee daily invoice processing, including submission, approvals, and necessary corrections.
- Support management with ad hoc financial projects, such as EBITDA analysis across multiple branches and evaluating financial performance.
