- Prepare and process shipping orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- Coordinate with carriers and shipping companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking and inventory data.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipping statuses.
- Utilize software programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for data entry and communication.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient and timely shipping operations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the shipping department.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a shipping clerk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Prior experience in scheduling and coordinating shipments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus!
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics is a plus.
