Job Description :
This position supports the ongoing development and optimization of client's Task Management System (TMS) which is a case management / ticketing system critical for managing tasks across multiple back-end business units, workflow templates, and operational teams such as Provisioning Activation Centers (PAC), Billing Operations, and Call Centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full lifecycle development of the Task Management System (TMS), including coding, deployment, testing, validation, bug fixes, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain scalable backend processes with C#, .NET, and SQL, ensuring optimal multi-threading performance for high-volume task processing.
- Work on frontend development using React, Knockout, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to improve user experience.
- Build and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems.
- Implement and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Monitor and optimize average handle times, task processing efficiency, and system quality provided to internal teams and customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Billing Ops, PAC, Call Center teams, and other buyflow groups to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Maintain and enhance workflow automation templates to optimize business processes.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning for the TMS system.
- Ensure security, reliability, and compliance of the TMS platform.
