Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a **Support Operations Specialist**. In this role, you will contribute to improving individual work processes within established procedures while performing routine operational support tasks. You will work closely with team members and supervisors, with regular guidance and direction, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support operational tasks within established procedures and work processes.
- Regularly receive direction from supervisors and escalate questions, concerns, or issues as necessary.
- Perform routine operational support tasks such as data entry, system updates, and documentation.
- Contribute to identifying ways to improve efficiency and accuracy within individual work processes.
- At least 6 months of Operations support experience or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine operational duties.
- Cash handling experience.
- Previous experience in operations or a production environment.
- Familiarity with operating systems and basic software tools.
