Title : Desktop & Application Support Specialist
Location : Onsite (Tampa, FL)
Duration : 3-6 month contract (High possibility of extension )
Start Date : ASAP
Onsite Flexibility : 5 days per week onsite
Interview : 2 rounds (Virtual)
Pay Rate : $30-35 / hr on w2.
Responsibilities :
- Provide desktop management and application support
- Assist with networking and system administration tasks, especially related to Office 365
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users
- Collaborate with the support team based in India and report to the Sr. Director of Applications
