Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee the growth, financial performance, and operational success of our podiatry and diabetic care clinics. This role is responsible for driving expansion, enhancing patient care, and optimizing clinic workflows while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
The CEO will cultivate strong relationships with physicians, stakeholders, and healthcare networks to expand services and increase patient outreach. Additionally, this leader will foster a positive organizational culture, develop top talent, and ensure long-term sustainability and innovation in podiatry and wound care.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in a multi-location healthcare practice, ideally in podiatry, wound care, or a related field.
- Proven ability to drive financial growth, operational efficiency, and expansion strategies.
- Strong understanding of podiatry, wound care, and diabetic management.
- Track record of successfully leading physicians, healthcare staff, and administrative teams.
- Passion for delivering high quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare compliance, reimbursement models, and insurance processes.
- Ability to identify new revenue streams, enhance marketing efforts, and expand service offerings.
