- Student Support & Crisis Response:
- Serve in the ADRL on-call rotation to address student crises and incidents.
- Collaborate with campus partners to ensure student well-being and mental health support.
- Support residence community programming and engagement efforts.
- Maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment for students and staff.
- Provide oversight and guidance to Resident Heads, Resident Assistants, and other staff as needed.
- Contribute to the implementation of staff training and ongoing development programs.
- Address facility concerns in collaboration with HRL operations staff.
- Support summer housing operations, including intern housing and conference management.
- Assist with record-keeping, including housing database systems (e.g., StarRez) and conduct systems (e.g., Maxient).
- Participate in departmental meetings and support ongoing projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, social work, communications, general studies, or a comparable discipline.
- Familiarity with undergraduate residential housing or prior experience working on a college campus.
- Preference will be given to candidates with undergraduate housing experience over those with backgrounds solely in commercial or residential property management.
- Proven experience supervising staff, including undergraduate Resident Assistants, graduate students, or team members in a professional workplace setting.
- Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, or a related field.
- Experience supervising full-time, benefit-eligible staff.
- Experience serving in an on-call capacity within a university housing setting, with responsibilities such as addressing facility-related concerns, responding to student mental health needs, or managing conduct-related issues.
- Familiarity with housing databases (e.g., StarRez) or conduct management systems (e.g., Maxient).
