Responsible for the development and maintenance in Intelligent Automation (IA) as part of the continuous modernization of the operational models across Client Finance.
Duties And Responsibilities
Intelligent Automation Development
- Build Intelligent Automation (primarily Robotic Process Automation (RPA)) processes using design and coding standards to build high-quality components and solutions
- Participate in IA Planning Events, contributing objectives and iteration goals
- Collaborate with the Finance Product Owner (PO) to refine business requirements, acceptance criteria, test plans and provide product demonstrations
- Support User Testing to ensure error free user experience that meets the needs of the business
- Maintain automations after go-live
- Participate in the global community of IA developers, learning new technologies available for future solutions
- As the IA specialist, build awareness and share knowledge of IA tools with the greater Finance team
- 0-2 years of experience in a Systems related role, specifically Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or information systems or equivalent experience
- Experience in developing automations using one or more RPA technologies (e.g. Blue Prism (TJX uses), Power Automate, and UiPath) (one of the three is required)
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) (basic knowledge of accounting is required)
- Proven organization and development skills including organizational change, time management; ability to implement and manage details, prioritize, time manage and multi-task
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, communicate and interpret information accurately; able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners / team members
- Operational and accounting software (e.g. Oracle EBS, Oracle MOM Suite, Lucernex)
