Position: Compliance Risk Analyst – Junior
Location: Marlborough, MA (Hybrid Tuesday and Wednesdays onsite)
Duration: 6 months to start with
Job Responsibilities
Maintains the company’s Food Compliance databases and related documentation for compliance with federal laws and regulations.
Manages document intake and organization to align with recordkeeping practices.
Maintains organization of shared inboxes and manages internal and external communication for the Food Compliance Program and other Product Compliance programs.
Assists with projects relating to compliance with state, federal or international product laws, projects impacting product safety, and other compliance policies.
Provides administrative and operational support for product compliance initiatives.
Communicating with vendors via email and responsible for maintaining spreadsheets in Excel
Requirements
Strong organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to learn, take direction well and be a team player
Demonstrates flexibility and ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Must Have
Basic Excel experience
Basic MS office experience
Customer service skills
Proactive in asking questions and double checking with team before acting when unsure
Onsite requirement Tuesday and Wednesdays in the Marlboro location
40 hours a week and the contractor can participate in Summer Fridays if they wish
