Cliet Advertising Finance is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Ad Sales FP&A team as we support Ad Sales leadership in forming their strategy in this ever-changing landscape through data-driven insights. This role will work hand in hand with the product team, sales team, and business team to complete operational planning deliverables, manage headcount and OpEx budgets, track progress for strategic goals and initiatives, execute clear financial reporting, and communicate results across the organization. We strive to drive standardization and centralization across our global sales teams and expanding suite of products while also enabling customization where needed.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Employ strong communication and organizational skills which allow the candidate to effectively prioritize and complete deliverables on time
- Demonstrate firm understanding and experience with P&L management
- Analyze rich data sets in order to provide tangible insights that influence real-time decision making
- Drive consolidation, standardization, and process improvement for global reporting mechanisms
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- 2+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience with cube engine tools (e.g. TM1, Cognos or Essbase), SQL and Data warehouse
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience operating successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning, and the presentation of alternatives
