Our Cybersecurity Champions Program educates users on security policies and best practices throughout the application delivery lifecycle, collaborating closely with solution delivery teams to enhance our Client's overall security posture.

Responsibilities Include
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: 100% Fully remote
- Contract talent only (no potential to convert)
- Shortlisting top 15 resumes for manager to review
- PowerPoint experience is required; this role will be creating decks to present
- Interview process: 2 rounds; first with HM and second with a two-person panel

Responsibilities Include
- Assist in coordinating and planning various training offerings, ensuring they are well-organized and effectively executed to boost engagement and learning outcomes
- Provide support in curating communications with champions and stakeholders keeping them informed with program and training updates, exciting announcements, and upcoming events
- Develop materials to acknowledge, track, and celebrate champions' achievements, showcasing their dedication and success
- Creating necessary resources, tools, and documentation to empower champions in effectively fulfilling their roles
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including training pathways, SharePoint resources, onboarding materials, and more, to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility
- Gather and analyze feedback from cybersecurity champions to identify areas for improvement and assess program effectiveness
- Develop methods to capture and share success stories as qualitative metrics within the organization
- Generate basic reports to measure participation and engagement
- 2-5 years of IT Analyst experience (does not have to be specific to Cybersecurity)
- Strong organizational abilities
- Basic analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proven capability to effectively handle multiple efforts simultaneously
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (required)
- Enthusiastic demeanor that energizes and engages audiences
- Experience in SharePoint and Confluence maintenance
- Power Automate experience
