Primary Purpose of the Job
Team member to support our Global Rolled Products Business Unit. As a Senior Marketing Analyst, you will work with Sales, Marketing and Inside Sales to execute on the marketing strategies and initiatives to profitably expand the Aerospace & Defense business in North America and Europe.
Major activities/Key challenges
- Managing the pricing and price authorization for quotes and contracts for Aerospace & Defense products.
- Support the Aerospace & Defense Marketing Manager in financial analysis of customer products and contracts, as well as supporting setup of customer price grids.
- Performs market and competitor analysis and business case analysis which result in recommendations on strategic commercial actions
- Coordinates the implementation of regional communication and branding activities and tools according to approved plan and budget.
- Contribute to process improvement on the RFQ to Order process by identifying and implementing changes to existing processes with Marketing and Inside Sales teams at each of our mills.
- Become the subject matter expert for the Marketing team on the Inside Sales and Manufacturing processes at mills to provide valuable insight to marketing decisions
- Essential Knowledge & Skills/
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer related function
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
