Duration: 13 weeks ( Possible extension based on performance)
Location : Smyrna DE ( Coverage area is Sussex County. )

We try to keep the nurse on a team, where they have familiarity with the territory. " The traveler can choose to ask for 1 day off during the week before (this is an alternate day off and does not count as planned day off) or they can choose to work overtime. " The hours are 8am-4:30pm. " A total of 5-6 visits per day. On call 2 per month (max 3 per month) o We have a Non-clinical person taking all initial calls 430pm- 830am, so the RN only receives true clinical issues. • on call is 4:30pm - 8am (sometimes the shift is assigned as 430 - 830pm or 830pm - 8am) o We do not make patient home visits from 8:30pm - 8am ? phone triage only; maybe 1-2 calls from 8:30pm- 10pm and rarely a phone call from 10pm - 7a
