About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with instrumentation master data cleansing, documentation modification, and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities involved in the updating of our site's CCMS (Computerized Calibration Management System).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and implement efficient data mining processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and compliant master data.
- Ensure successful new system testing activities.
- Develop and maintain high-quality documents in preparation for implementation.
- Provide expert training to team members.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Pharmaceutical Utility systems and production floor process equipment.
- Expert knowledge of calibration related activities and best practices in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Advanced understanding of Process & Instrumentation Drawings (P&IDs) and Engineering Turnover Packages (ETOPs).
- Proven SAP Technical Object knowledge and experience.
- Leadership experience in large scale capital project dynamics and new program implementation.
- Pharmaceutical change management expertise.
Experience
5 years in the pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry. Advanced master data manipulation experience within a regulated environment is essential.
Skills
- Electronic instrument databases, preferably ProCal and SAP.
- Expert navigation of engineering drawings (P&IDs) and ETOPs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and TEAMS.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Able to lead cross-functional teams. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Will have to learn and adhere to all site safety and compliance procedures and requirements.
