Seeking a Change Management Consultant who is interested in converting to a permanent role with the client. The internal title for this position is Project / Program Management Consultant with a conversion salary and 10% annual target incentive opportunity.
Candidates must be local and willing to come onsite 3 days / week.
Manager wants to see candidates who have organizational change management experience and ideally candidates who are Prosci certified.
The individual will be working on AI.
Job Description

The client is looking for an experienced change manager to support key enterprise change initiatives. In this role, you would be part of a dynamic team of consultants who manage the company’s top initiatives, providing change management and consulting support to assist senior leaders in achieving their strategic goals and objectives.
What you would do in this job :
Develop, execute and consult on comprehensive change management strategies and plans for complex, top-priority enterprise initiatives.
Partner with enterprise and business area leadership to understand business goals, assess change impacts and design tailored solutions to drive results.
Collaborate with enterprise partners to design and deliver learning and communication plans and materials to support change adoption.
Provide coaching and consultation to leaders and teams, ensuring they are prepared and equipped to successfully navigate and sustain change.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders across enterprise and business area strategies and initiatives.
Support the evolution and adoption of enterprise change management best practices. Provide consulting, coaching and mentorship to stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve change management tools and techniques in alignment with industry best practices. Recommend, implement and monitor continuous improvement solutions.
What we'd expect from you :
Proven experience leading complex change management efforts within a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated ability to influence and provide strategic consulting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Skill in building trust-based relationships and addressing the unique needs of diverse stakeholder groups to drive successful change outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively and tailor messaging to a wide range of audiences.
Excellent prioritization, time management, planning and organizational skills, with the ability to drive results across multiple initiatives at one time.
High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive and complex dynamics.
Analytical and strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
Prosci certification strongly preferred.
Experience coaching and consulting leadership on change management practices a plus.
