Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Chronic Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in dialysis care to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hemodialysis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care, including assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Coordinates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and efficient treatment plans.
- Administers medications as prescribed, documents medical justification, and ensures accurate dosing and administration.
- Initiates emergency response measures as needed and provides education to patients and families on treatment options and self-care techniques.
- Collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current licensure in the state of practice.
- At least 1 year of experience in Nephrology Nursing, preferably in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification and ability to meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
