About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Case Manager RN to join our team at TalentBurst, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for performing case management of work-related injuries/illnesses to ensure prompt and efficient coordination of care and return-to-work.
You will also be responsible for supporting questions related to workplace restrictions/limitations, performing initial telephonic or virtual triage of workplace incidents, and conducting medical surveillance and fitness-to-work medical evaluations. Additionally, you will provide clinical visits for work-related injuries/illnesses, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and occupational health management systems to document clinical visits and maintain medical records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in California, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in managing multiple occupational health projects effectively. Strong computer skills and Telehealth experience is also preferred.
