Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the CVICU unit, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the State of Florida or ability to obtain prior to start.
- 1 year of recent CVICU acute care RN experience.
- BLS certification required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- BSN preferred; CCRN certification a plus but must be obtained within 2 years.
