Job Description :
SCOPE / PURPOSE OF POSITION – Work on the backlog of change management documents for melting forming equipment group. Work will be needed to determine the document state and to determine the areas that need to be completed. The Contract resource will work with the engineers and technicians to assemble the required documents and data to allow the documents to be processed for completion.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Identify which designs are affected by Engineering Change Requests
Make sure the designs are updated with the necessary changes :
Understand how the drawings are set up and how they relate to the documents :
Verify that the approval process for implementing new technology is valid :
Work together with engineers to figure out what is needed :
Review Engineering Change Orders and compare them to the assigned drawings :
REQUIRED SKILLS : 2-3 years experience
Domestic and international meetings with engineers to validate required data :
Knowledge of drawing and equipment configurations :
Ability to create spreadsheets to organize data : This requirement is for someone who is proficient in using spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel. This skill is needed to accurately organize and manage data.
Ability to understand budget information : The job requires someone who can read and understand financial documents, particularly those related to budgets.
