About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
- Maintenance and accuracy of patient records
- Correct reporting of billing information
- Direct patient care as prescribed
- Assist with transfers, gait, and balance assessments
- Manual manipulation of patient body parts and limbs
- Reporting and interpretation of treatment results
- Participation in development and presentation of in-services
- Supervision of support personnel
- Clinical functions: screens, evaluations, treatment plans, and delivery of treatment
- Participation in meetings regarding patient care
- Assistance with community education and public relations activities
- Education to patients' families and staff on treatment plans and therapy goals
- Coordination and cooperation with other staff members
