Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in various settings, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and ultrafiltration.
- Assess patients' responses to treatment therapy and make appropriate adjustments and modifications to the treatment plan.
- Deliver safe and effective care in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other members of the healthcare team, and patients' families.
The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills related to critically ill patients, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in nephrology nursing. BLS CPR recognition is required, and ACLS CPR recognition is preferred.
