Position Summary : Position Summary :
We are seeking a Senior Consultant with strong financial expertise and business planning experience. This role is forward-looking and will focus on strategic financial planning, business plan development, and forecasting for healthcare-related initiatives. The Senior Consultant will partner with stakeholders to analyze data, develop P&L projections, and create business plans to support leadership decisions. This role requires a mix of technical skills and client-facing abilities to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business plans, P&L forecasts, and financial models.
- Conduct strategic financial planning for new initiatives, such as the potential development of service lines or program relocations.
- Analyze data to identify assumptions, pressure-test financial models, and present findings to leadership.
- Partner with internal teams to gather and query data from systems like Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks.
- Communicate complex financial insights and recommendations effectively to non-financial audiences.
- Balance financial expertise with technical skills to prepare data-driven analyses.
