Position : MSW Social Worker –
13 week contract, with the intent to be Temp to Perm
Requirements :
- NJ Lic is required to start.
- 40 hours per week with hours from 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
- No on-call duties or weekend work required
- Work involves both center-based and community-based tasks
- Coverage area includes Mercer County and North Burlington County
- Regular visits to participants' homes
- Knowledge of community resources is highly desirable
- 3-4 years of homecare experience preferred
- Experience in addressing challenging social and psychological needs, particularly in the community setting
- Background in psychology is a significant advantage
- Responsibilities include conducting assessments for the development of care plans and collaborating with families
