\We are seeking a skilled Travel Dialysis RN to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare workforce solutions, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our clients.
\Your Responsibilities

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans \
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery \
- Administer medications as prescribed or in accordance with approved algorithms \
- Provide education to patients and their families on dialysis therapy and related care \
- Serve as a resource for the healthcare team and participate in staff training and orientation \
- Ensure correct laboratory collection, processing, and shipping procedures are performed \
- Identify expected outcomes and document updates to the nursing assessment and plan of care \
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations \
- Assigned oversight of Patient Care Technicians/LPNs/LVNs/RNs as a Team Leader or designated Nurse in Charge \\/ul>\
