Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pregnant patients, prioritizing their needs and tailoring interventions to optimize care.
- Collaborate closely with obstetricians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordinated care.
- Apply advanced knowledge of pain management techniques, non-pharmacological methods, and obstetric procedures to support patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, focusing on patient education, empowerment, and holistic support.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- 1-2 years of labor and delivery experience, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, with NRP training within six months of hire.
