We are seeking a highly skilled UX / Visual Designer who is passionate about creating user-centric designs and delivering exceptional digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in tools like Figma, the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, and a strong analytical mindset to identify and solve design challenges. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and refining interfaces that align with user needs and business goals. 5 years of experience
Required.
Design and Prototyping :
o Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
o Ensure designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
o Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and project goals.
o Conduct workshops and meetings to gather insights, present design concepts, and align design strategies.
User Research and Analysis :
o Conduct / participate in user research sessions, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights on user behavior and pain points.
o Analyze feedback to identify challenges and opportunities for improving the user experience.
Problem Solving and Recommendations :
o Identify existing design issues and provide actionable recommendations to address them.
o Propose creative solutions to enhance user satisfaction and align with business objectives.
Documentation and Communication :
o Document design decisions and workflows for clarity and future reference.
o Clearly communicate design rationale and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaboration with Development Teams :
o Work closely with developers to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
o Provide design assets, annotations, and support during the development process.
