About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy Analyst to join the Recruiting Strategy and Insights team. The chosen candidate will drive strategic recruiting initiatives, synthesize data-driven insights, and lead automation of critical dashboards. This is a contract role.
Description:
The Strategy Analyst will collect, synthesize, and model data to generate insights for strategic decision-making. By collaborating with leadership teams, the analyst will help develop strategic plans that align with Client Recruiting's organizational objectives and talent market conditions. The role also involves creating financial models, summarizing results in Keynote slides, and presenting recommendations to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strategic models (for budgets, resources), forecasts, and recruiting analytics dashboards.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional recruiting teams to execute data collection, synthesis, and analysis.
Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and growth potential.
Provide insights and recommendations through professional quality reports, presentations, and executive briefings.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
Lead preparation of high-impact presentations for senior management.
Tentative list of deliverables in the first 3 months: Monthly fulfillment monitoring, quarterly resource balance analysis, annual planning, and monthly travel budget Analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business (especially Finance), Data Science, or a related field.
8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, PowerPoint/Keynote, and in developing data visualization dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actions.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Business (especially Finance) or Data Analytics.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Experience working in technology, healthcare, finance, or other fast-growing industries.
Strong executive presence and stakeholder management prowess.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Sustained bias for action, with ability to structure work and create deliverables with minimal supervision.
Highly organized, with ability to meet multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
