our Expertise :
10 years in creative development, project management, and supply acquisition in travel, entertainment, or marketing. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related creative fields.Deep understanding of travel, entertainment, and hospitality trends, with a sharp eye for spotting new experiences and cultural trends. Strong ability to assess quality and stay ahead of market shifts.Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables while overseeing vendors and acquiring high-quality experiential products.Skilled in leading cross-functional teams, mentoring, and fostering trust across creative, technical, and business disciplines.Experienced in working with engineering, product, and data teams.Excellent at presenting complex ideas, managing project dashboards, and handling CRM systems.Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in fast-changing environments.#TB_EN
