4-year degree preferred
Payroll experience a plus however role is more of a customer service / data entry role
Description :
Respond and triage payroll mail, email, and phone inquiries
Support internal and external customer service
Review weekly time and attendance records
Enter timecard adjustments
Facilitate garnishment process with vendor
Enter and upload payroll data for processing
Review payroll data for accuracy
Create / Maintain documentation of relevant processes
Education & Experience :
4-year degree preferred
Payroll experience a plus
