Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage
- Actively and creatively source, screen, and evaluate candidates
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Represent the company at local and virtual job fairs as needed (Scottsdale, AZ area)
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in supporting inside sales
- Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to find top talent
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across a broad range of roles and levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to recruitment
- Process-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse experience is a plus
