Client seeks to improve a constituent's experience while interacting with eligibility and enrollment processes across its various agencies through more efficient and collaborative processes. This project will, through a series of iterative improvements, knit the various processes together into an Integrated Eligibility and Enrollment (IE&E) program to provide constituents with a unified view of applying, managing and being notified by Benefits programs. The IE&E project is bifurcated into a Common Noticing Solution (CNS), which produces constituent notices, and a Common Portal, which will unify constituent access to benefit programs and information contained in disparate source systems.
POSITION SUMMARY :
The Senior Integration Lead reports to the Project Director and is responsible for supporting the IE&E Common Portal initiative with an emphasis on system integrations, infrastructure architecture, security, and application architecture. The candidate will play a critical role in planning, designing and overseeing the implementation of integrated technology solutions that support the Common Portal's long-term goals and will be deeply involved in daily work across all affected business units, regularly interacting with both stakeholders and subject matter experts. This role requires e xperience with Agile methodologies, Git version control, and CI / CD pipelines, strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor team members, and in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce and Mulesoft platforms.
DETAILED LIST OF JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead, design and implement the middleware solutions including installation & administration, utilizing best practices & provide recommendations to optimize system performance using Mulesoft, messaging, cloud, and several integration technologies.
- Design, implement, & maintain APIs (SOAP & REST)
- Lead and liaise with the application development teams to build API capability, including security and policy management.
- Lead and assist with developing & maintaining a service / API registry.
- Perform code reviews, prepare, and document Unit Test results and deployment documents for code promotions.
- Participate and assist with project planning, design, development, and release management activities for various EHS shared service component developments and EHS application developments.
- Liaise with end users, development staff, system administrators, management, and staff from other organizations to ensure successful implementation and operation of application systems.
- Coordinate and solicit vendor support as necessary.
- Maintain the appropriate task lists, documents, design, and other artifacts in support of these APIs.
- Investigate new solutions, tools, and techniques to incorporate into standards.
- Conduct vendor code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality code.
- Review technical team deliverables for compliance with architecture standards, guidelines and leverages best practices.
- Provide reviews of technical deliverables and identify gaps / areas for improvement.
- Engage in cross functional team / vendor discussions and provide feedback / insight to leadership.
- Provide governance and best practices / standards supporting the platform adoption and full application lifecycle (design, development, change control, UAT, deployment and support).
- Perform other duties and / or special projects as assigned.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Participate in technical audits, design reviews, and recommend improvements.
- Problem analysis, diagnosis and remediation including critical events / rollouts.
- Planning, prioritizing, and executing assignments within deadlines.
- Perform risk assessment and provide abatement / mitigation / remediation planning.
- Utilize project change management processes and methodology to report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies.
