Job Title : Stock Picker / Packer
Location : Temecula, CA
Duration : 6 months
Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
Payrate : $19.25 / Hr on W2
Description :
- Functional role involving Shipping & Receiving tasks (if applicable), including the use of computers for material preparation.
- Perform material handling and inventory control to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Receive materials and accurately store them in the warehouse.
- Prepare customer orders for shipping according to established processes.
- Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
- Package orders, including pick lists and filling in open spaces, according to shipping practices and specifications.
- Process orders through the SAP system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse.
- Prepare for the next day's distribution activities.
- Support Divisional initiatives in alignment with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health Systems (EHS), and regulatory requirements.
- Perform tasks within a quality system environment; noncompliance may result in governmental regulation issues.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Ability to work well within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
