A great Civil Engineering firm, focused on commercial, residential, and public sectors, is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead diverse land development projects throughout the area.
This is an exciting opportunity to drive great projects from concept through completion while making a meaningful difference in the communities they serve!
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and build strong client relationships.
- Oversee design production, budgets, and project financials.
- Develop project scopes and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to schedules.
- Mentor and develop staff to strengthen team capabilities.
- Navigate projects through municipal approvals and regulatory processes.
Requirements:
- BS in Civil Engineering (PE preferred).
- 5 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development.
- Proven experience in client management and team leadership.
- Strong technical background in site planning, stormwater management, and utility design.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
