Job Description
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a broad range of human resources, training, recruiting, and HRMS functions. You will facilitate full-cycle recruiting and hiring for positions ranging from professional level to manufacturing roles within the company. This involves sourcing, reviewing, screening, and interviewing applicants to ensure their experience matches job-related requirements.
- Utilize data from various sources to suggest and implement appropriate employee and leadership corrective actions.
- Partner with HR leadership and other business leaders to provide strategic support on key initiatives.
- Develop and enhance engagement, on-the-job training, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and training and development. A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in one or more HR disciplines, such as recruitment, training and development, talent management, or employee relations, is necessary.
