Core Duties :
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from sourcing to extending offers.
- Conduct in-depth phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Organize and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a positive experience for candidates.
- Actively identify and engage high-quality candidates using diverse sourcing methods to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Extend offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring process to ensure a smooth onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates, and offer strategic recruitment advice.
