Position Overview :

As a Senior Sales Executive at TalentCraft, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding TalentCraft’s footprint within the Technology sector. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead our offerings within artificial intelligence, machine learning and data analytics . Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and secure new client relationships while understanding their unique staffing and consulting needs as well as collaborating among internal stakeholders (management, recruiting, HR) on achieving desired outcomes for customers and candidates to foster a positive and results-oriented culture. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a growing book of business, expand market reach, and help shape the future of TalentCraft’s Technology division.

Key Responsibilities :

  • New Business Development : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Technology sector. Target potential clients through proactive and creative outreach to generate leads and close deals.
  • Client Acquisition : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at new client organizations, understanding their needs and offering tailored staffing and consulting solutions.
  • Revenue Growth : Focus on expanding TalentCraft’s market presence by driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic business development initiatives.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed about the latest trends, challenges, and technologies in the industry to better serve clients and position TalentCraft as a trusted partner.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies that align with TalentCraft’s business goals, ensuring a continuous pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Client Retention & Growth : While focused on new business, work to identify opportunities for growth within existing client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and expanding our services where possible.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting : Track progress against sales goals and report on pipeline status and new business opportunities to senior leadership. Provide insights on potential market trends and new areas for growth.
  • Practice Lead : Potential opportunity to own verticals within the areas of data analytics, machine learning artificial intelligence or any relevant areas of expertise.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : At least 5 years of sales experience in staffing, consulting, or related industries, with a proven track record in new business development .
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the technology sector, including key trends, challenges, and staffing needs.
  • Sales Expertise : Demonstrated success in generating leads, closing new business, and expanding client relationships within a competitive market.
  • Client-Focused : Ability to build lasting, trust-based relationships with new clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that drive value.
  • Self-Starter : Highly motivated and independent with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Negotiation & Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and deliver presentations that persuade and influence.
  • Results-Oriented : A demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
